its been awhile…

So I was in a fashion show last weekend, and the designer had asked me to stop dieting so that the dress would fit me for the actual show.  She finished the dress and it was gorgeous so i did stop trying to lose weight for about 2-3 weeks.  The show was amazing, her work was stunning.  My dress was kind of big for me, but it was a good thing i didn’t loose more weight or it really would have hung on me during the show.  The Monday after the show I weighed myself at 160, which is half a pound lower then my lowest weight since I started dieting.  So those few weeks did count for something. :)  Trying to get back on track now that I can diet again.  Overall 10 lbs down, 20 lbs to go. :)

So no one on here had any suggestions for me, or maybe they did but I didn’t see them, so I brainstormed an idea of my own.

Backtracking on weight watchers.

I will be STRICTLY tracking portions and points and exercise.  Maybe that way I will be able to pinpoint where I’ve been messing up.

I really need some advice!

Please message me some advice!  I have lost about 10 lbs since starting my weight loss journey, and now I am suck at this spot for a month now… its so frustrating, I am trying to get down to 145 and I’ve been suck at 160.  Any advice to kickstart some more weight loss??  I’m losing patience and could use some help!  I appreciate it!

It started with a not so perfect OB/GYN exam… and ended with drama drama drama.  We will just leave it at this.  Men are dumb, stupid, and immature, and girls can’t keep their mouths shut.

It’s been rough

It’s nights like these when I wish there was someone to just hold me and tell me everything will be ok.

I am losing my friends. Either they don’t care about me Or theyre getting so cold hearted I don’t care about them Or they are totally fucking me over

And I’m on my period and gained 2 lbs.

I officially made a workout routine.

I am the BIGGEST cheater when it comes to exercise… as in I regularly look for excuses.  Not ok.  I find that I work better under written instruction/guidelines so at least once I get myself motivated enough to work out, I have instructions so no excuses!  I am getting better though at getting my sneakers on and moving!

Anywayys… here’s my workout.  While I am still home, I’m gonna try to do this everyday, but once I get back to school it will be Monday/Wednesday/Friday mornings while my roomie is in class and I have a couple hours in the room to myself.  I will also do some cardio before this.

Eat your fruit. I have a banana in my shake all the time!

I have constipation problems, very sensitive digestive system over here lol.  A friend of mine told me bananas cause constipation, glad to know she’s wrong!  I love bananas, so I’m glad its one more thing to help me out!  Yay dietary fiber!
