So I was in a fashion show last weekend, and the designer had asked me to stop dieting so that the dress would fit me for the actual show. She finished the dress and it was gorgeous so i did stop trying to lose weight for about 2-3 weeks. The show was amazing, her work was stunning. My dress was kind of big for me, but it was a good thing i didn’t loose more weight or it really would have hung on me during the show. The Monday after the show I weighed myself at 160, which is half a pound lower then my lowest weight since I started dieting. So those few weeks did count for something. :) Trying to get back on track now that I can diet again. Overall 10 lbs down, 20 lbs to go. :)

Backtracking on weight watchers.
I will be STRICTLY tracking portions and points and exercise. Maybe that way I will be able to pinpoint where I’ve been messing up.

I have lost about 10 lbs since starting my weight loss journey, and now I am suck at this spot for a month now… its so frustrating, I am trying to get down to 145 and I’ve been suck at 160. I am the BIGGEST cheater when it comes to exercise… as in I regularly look for excuses. Not ok. I find that I work better under written instruction/guidelines so at least once I get myself motivated enough to work out, I have instructions so no excuses! I am getting better though at getting my sneakers on and moving!

I have constipation problems, very sensitive digestive system over here lol. A friend of mine told me bananas cause constipation, glad to know she’s wrong! I love bananas, so I’m glad its one more thing to help me out! Yay dietary fiber!
